The topic of this lesson was "Protein." To be one of  team leaders in this lesson, we summarized the three smart goals , discussed what nutrition contents that put into newsletter , created related activities for the participants.

The topic of this lesson was "Fat" To be one of  newsletter team in this lesson, we created newsletter that related dietary fat intake and type of fat. And explained what the meaning of "4 legs. 2 legs, and no leg" are.

The topic of this lesson was "Grocery Shopping List and My Plate." To be one of  material group in this lesson, we created grocery list with following the protocol of "My Plate"  for participants during grocery simulator  And  created different "My Plate's "signs . 

The topic of this lesson was "Eat the Rainbow." To be one of  newsletter team in this lesson, we created newsletter that include  the matching games of  "Eat the Rainbow" and what the benefit of "Eat the Rainbow."
